Need help with AURA? Tell us what you were doing and what happened. We can help with charts, saved profiles, the calendar, or accessing the beta.
Report a problem
Include your device model, operating system, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. If a screenshot helps, remove names and birth details before sharing it.
You can also report an issue on GitHub. Keep personal information out of public reports.
Check a chart or location
Review the date, time, and place of birth you entered. If a place is not in the offline database, the app’s Privacy settings let you control optional online geocoding.
Manage profiles and privacy
The in-app Privacy panel includes data export, prediction-cache clearing, saved-profile deletion, and controls for optional geocoding and citations. See Data controls for details.
